Gaspar is Access Now’s Latin America Policy Manager. He studied law at the National University of Córdoba, Argentina. Since his first contact with the subject of internet law and economics in that institution, he has been passionate about how law can adapt to new technologies for the protection of digital rights. He is also hopeful about technological changes in the near future. In his free time, Gaspar is also a chef and a DJ!
