Tanya Abdulrahim

Development Manager, Partnerships

Tanya Abdulrahim is the Development Manager of Partnerships at Access Now. Previously, she worked at the Committee to Protect Journalists supporting their fundraising and events. She holds an M.A. from The New School and a B.A. from John Cabot University, where, in both programs, her focus was Media Studies. Before moving to New York, she spent time living and volunteering in Maryland, D.C., India and Italy. Her interest in development work is driven by the desire to create opportunities for change, by connecting those who hold wealth & power with those who are owed support & visibility.

Outside of work, she enjoys biking, perfecting her pour over and trying out new recipes.
