Elan Schwartz is the Partnerships & Operations Manager for RightsCon, working at Access Now since 2022. Previously, she worked in operations and events management in the technology, non-profit and education sectors. With an MSc in Human Rights from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a BA in Philosophy from McGill University, Elan is passionate about digital empowerment and bridging the technology-social disciplinary divide. Elan is based in Toronto, Ontario.
