Daphne Ugarte
Community Experience Manager
Daphne Ugarte is the RightsCon Community Experience Manager at Access Now. Previously, she worked at The Economist, where she supported the development of global campaigns and conferences. While working for her master’s degree, she interned at the United Nations conducting research focused on disaster risk reduction and sustainable development. She holds an M.A in International Relations and a B.A in Political Science. Focusing on RightsCon, she is excited to help bring together a community of leaders dedicated to using the power of technology for human rights and social impact.
