Adriana Fernández

RightsCon Senior Program Coordinator, Community Engagement

Adriana is the Senior Coordinator for Community Engagement at RightsCon. She works on designing, managing, and implementing our engagement strategies across stakeholders and regions. Her role involves stakeholder mapping, community outreach, strategic communication, and cultivating relationships with local and global partners. Previously, Adriana worked executing projects on human rights, public policy, and advocacy in alliance with partners such as UNDP, UNHCR, Oxfam, Inter-American Development Bank, FLACSO, and local governments in Costa Rica. She has also worked as a project manager and lecturer at the University of Costa Rica, focusing on topics such as migration, ICT4D, and social policy. Adriana holds a Master’s in International Development with an emphasis in ICT4D from Wageningen University, a Master’s in Digital Communication from Paris Lodron University, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Costa Rica.

由公民社會發起的全球最大科技與人權會議 RightsCon,將於明(114)年2月24至27日來臺舉辦,數位發展部今(20)日與該會議主辦單位 Access Now,簽署合作意向書,預期將有150國、3,000名產官學專業人員來臺,共同探討人工智慧、數位治理等議題。
