Development Manager, Institutional Knowledge

As Access Now's Development Manager of Institutional Knowledge, Tiernan is responsible for empowering the organization's fundraising, documentation, and monitoring and evaluation efforts. Prior to joining Access Now, Tiernan was the producer of Hyperallergic, the online publication dedicated to “art and its discontents.” His articles have explored artist-led activism, critically neglected collectives, and artist’s rights. Born and raised in London, Tiernan is a graduate of the Courtauld Institute of Art where he studied History of Art. His legal middle name is Bam-Bam.
