Oleg is a Security Incident Handler at Access Now. He has a Master’s
degree in Information Security and previous experience in the IT sector,
where he has built up extensive expertise in IT security management,
technical documentation development, resolving complex technical issues,
risk assessment, and project management. Defense of human rights is one
of Oleg’s core values, and prior to Access Now he actively engaged
with various NGOs as a volunteer. Oleg has a profound technical
expertise, and as part of the Helpline team he provides technology
solutions and real-time advice for users at risk.
