Luis Márquez Garrido is a RightsCon Program Coordinator at Access Now. From Brussels, he supports the RightsCon team with speaker management, development of the public program, and Solve My Problem coordination. Previously, he worked for the EU Delegation to Venezuela and the European Partnership for Democracy in Brussels. Luis holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Universidad Central de Venezuela and two master’s degrees, one in Political Communication from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and another in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Diplomatic School of Spain. In his free time, Luis enjoys learning French, exploring Brussels’ multicultural vibe, and playing tennis.
