Guillermo Beltrà

Policy Director

Guillermo Beltrà leads Access Now’s policy team globally, providing strategic vision, guiding and coordinating the operations of our team of brilliant experts in Latin America, North America, Europe, Middle East and North Africa, and Asia-Pacific. Before joining Access Now, Guillermo was Director of Legal and Economic Affairs at the European Consumer Organisation (BEUC), the largest NGO defending consumer rights in Europe. Guillermo has a law degree from the Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spain) and a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Kent (UK). In his spare time, he slowly advances on a Bachelor degree in Economics, tries to learn how to play something minimally decent with his guitar, and loves practising sports, particularly football (the European version), snowboarding, and triathlon.
