Bryan Rogers

Bryan works at Access Now as the global People Experience Director. His work and team are focused on organizational culture and overall experience, talent & performance management, staffing, compensation and benefits, and administrative support of Access Now's global teams. Prior to Access Now, Bryan was human resources manager with Bloomingdale's - in New York and in San Francisco. Also in San Francisco, Bryan served as regional director for the U.S. Department of Labor's Employment & Training Administration. Prior to that he served as executive director at Pacific Gateway Workforce, a public nonprofit he established with the city of Long Beach, California to connect HR talent and industry employers. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral and Social Science from the University of Maryland, and a Master of Science in Human Resources from Brandman University. Bryan, his husband, and their daughter love to travel, and are still discovering NYC. They have a dog, Toby, who is also exploring the City.
