Arianna Montero-Colbert

As the Platform and Production Manager for RightsCon, Arianna supports the team's strategic development into the online summit space. She also currently serves as a Management Fellow for the State of Tennessee’s internal innovation and process improvement consulting hub. In her previous role as a Senior Account Manager at a Washington D.C.-based tech firm, Arianna supported the leadership teams of government and nonprofit clients in their ambitious visions to bring meaningful connections online through virtual conferences and social learning. Her scholarly contributions have been published in academic journals, online columns, and a book chapter on climate refugees (Loss and Damage from Climate Change, 2018). Arianna is an active alumna of Davidson College, where she studied digital media, migration, and identity formation.
