Previously\, Hamblock was Twitter’s Head of API Policy within the company’s Site Integrity organization\, leading the team that set the policies and review processes governing how developers built on the platform. Hamblock holds an MBA from London Business School\, an MSc in European Politics and Governance from the London School of Economics\, and a BA in International Studies from the University of Washington. \n\n\n\nModerator: Jaimee Kokonya is the Africa Campaigner at Access Now focusing on various digital rights issues.
