Mohamed (email: firstname.lastname@example.org) is a security incident shift lead at Access Now. He is a computer science engineer. He graduated from the Institut Supérieur d'Informatique of Tunis el Manar (ISI) in Tunisia. His main university projects consisted of monitoring electronic cash registers through SNMP and creating content management systems for mobile e-commerce applications. Since graduating, he has from May 2013 worked at Access Now as part of the Digital Security Helpline, assisting users at risk with digital security issues.
